How much space will I need?
Before committing to an assembly service, here are some things to consider:
When measuring your space, be mindful of radiators, shelves, door handles, handrails, wall fixtures, light fittings, window sills, ceiling height, access to the room, etc.
Our wardrobes are not fitted items; they are freestanding, and extra space is required to maneuver the panels around to gain access from all sides, in order to assemble the furniture.
Please ensure that you room has sufficient space on the floor to assemble the wardrobe in full, with at least 20 cm of excess space around the dimensions of the wardrobe.
For example, if your wardrobe is 250 cm wide and 215 cm high, please provide us with a floor space of 270–280 cm by 235-245 cm on the floor to carry out the assembly before it can be lifted into its free-standing position. This allows the wardrobe to be built on the floor with sufficient space to work around it to fit any fixings and panels before lifting it onto its base.
It is also important to note that you require 15-20 cm of height clearance on top of the wardrobe to the ceiling height unless the wardrobe can be built in an upright, free-standing position which is not the case for all our wardrobes. If you require this service, please contact us to confirm if this is possible with the wardrobe you are interested in buying before you place your order.
When an assembly date has been agreed upon with our delivery department but the assembly cannot go ahead for reasons where the customer is at fault (e.g., insufficient space, room not prepared, customer unavailable, parking space unavailable, etc.), we reserve the right to charge the customer the full assembly fee.

Will you dispose of the packaging?
No, but the team will ensure the packaging is neatly bundled and ready to be moved to your disposal area.
Will you take away old furniture?
No, we do not have provision for this, and we ask you to clear all the work areas beforehand to have enough space for the assembly to take place.
Are you able to drill and fix the wardrobe into our wall?
No, our assembly team is not insured to carry out any work on your property.
Parking
Please ensure there is free parking available near your site where assembly is required. We may ask you to pay parking charges, where applicable.
What happens if I cancel assembly on the day?
Please note that once your assembly date and timeslot are agreed upon, our professional fitters are booked and paid for in advance. If you cancel your assembly less than 24 hours before your agreed date and time slot, you will be charged for the full cost of the assembly service, and you will need to pay again for our professional team to revisit you.

All our products are delivered to your door on the ground floor and we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe specified above in working days (Monday - Friday).
If you live on upper floors of flats or apartments, please let us know with further details at checkout under "Order Notes". If you have working lifts available in your building we may be able to take your order up to your floor without any problems, otherwise our delivery drivers may have to leave your order on the ground floor for safety and insurance purposes and to avoid any damages by carrying your order up any staircases.
Why we charge for delivery
We want to ensure that your furniture is handled with the best care possible, minimising the risk of damages during transit so you don’t have the inconvenience of dealing with any issues such as returns and replacement parts. We therefore use specialist furniture logistics handlers that know how to transport fragile furniture such as mirrored sliding doors.
The cost of this specialist logistics of your furniture also includes insurance, so you can be rest assured that if any damages do occur during logistics it is covered and we will guarantee to send you replacement parts, as long as you report them within 48 hours of delivery

Exceptional delivery areas
Delivery to some parts of England may be slightly highly in area such as Cornwall, Devon and Northern Scottish borders. We also charge for delivery to Wales & Scotland and these areas in the Blue and Red zones can sometimes take an extra 1-3 weeks to deliver.
Delivery times on this page are an estimate and can be sooner or later than quoted. Delivery days/weeks are quoted based on our working days Mon-Fri and exclude public holidays.
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. The estimated delivery time starts once your order is processed.
Our logistics team will either call you or SMS you with a date and time slot closer to your estimated delivery time giving you at least 48 hours notice

Does this product come Assembled or Flat Packed?
Do you offer assembly?
Yes we do! Some of our wardrobes are priced for assembly whilst others require a quote. You can tick the assembly box and our sales team will email you a cost to assemble your wardrobe or recommend our approved local furniture assembly partners to assist you with your assembly.
Will you dispose of the packaging?
Sorry we won't be able to dispose your packing, but after the assembly, our team will ensure the packaging is neatly bundled and ready to be moved to your disposal area.
Will you take away the old furniture?
Sorry we can't take your old furniture, we do not have provision for this, and we ask you to clear the assembly area beforehand so we have enough space to assembly your furniture.
What materials were used for making the wardrobe?
To deliver our customers the best value for money and quality, we use high quality laminated boards, in most cases these are 16mm thick to give you a solid durable frame. All our wardrobes are manufactured to the highest standards to satisfy your needs.
How do you deliver and how long will it take?
We provide Free Delivery to you door for most of England. You can choose additional options available at checkout.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We do deliver on Saturdays but this is not always guaranteed. You can request a Saturday delivery by replying to your order confirmation email and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
Do you have any stores I can visit?
We no longer have retail stores anymore and are now a fully dedicated online outlet enabling us to save money from overheads and passing discounts to customers for nationwide delivery.
